      Small group, so you will be learn many parts of the design, and construction management process.

      Cons

      Poor pay, few benefits, out dated equipment, no opportunity for advancement, negative atmosphere.

      Wilson is definitely a company in which you look forward to coming to work everyday because of the people and environment that you work in.

      The communication between managers could be a little better.

      Pros

      -Exposure to a lot of differenet aspects of water and wastewater engineering. Small firm, so you get to work on all areas of the project.

      Cons

      You get to interact with structural, electrical guys, but the only thing Wilson does is water projects. So if you want other civil experience, you wont get it. The pay is pretty low relative to other civil firms.
