      Pros

      The only "pro" i guess is that when you lease, you lease a brand new truck.........

      Cons

      Prime freight, prime trailers, prime fuel card, prime breakdown, prime,prime,prime,prime........you make 70% of load revenue + fuel surcharge....after prime takes their cut.....its super solo freight, not team freight, you do ALOT of sitting and waiting.......you can make 72% + FSC.....working directly for PRIME........and probably get better loads and possibly better benefits

      Pros

      Good company growing fast. They don't treat you like a number like some of these big companies. They treat you fairly and work hard to get you what you need and keep you rolling and making money.

      Cons

      Difficult having to stay out and away from family for so long at a time. Earn one day off for every 7 out. Besides that this has to be one of the best companies to work for. They really take care of their drivers.

      No clear path for upward movement in a company where the bottom dollar matters.

      Pros

      The Christmas parties are fun.

      Cons

      Company policies and processes change far to often in recruiting making it difficult to meet the ridiculous expectations set forth by management. They will tell you to find something else when you express to them you're not happy within your role, instead of finding out why it is you're not and game planning to correct it. You will be made to feel like you can't take a day off and will be talked down to for even asking. They will allow you to be threatened by a hostile individual in the department you work in and do NOTHING about it.
