      Lots of room for growth, both within current role and within the company Supportive environment Fast paced, entrepreneurial type environment (not for everyone) Ability to work cross functionally Great senior leadership team with a good direction on where the company is going Supportive HR team that invests in employees and creating a healthy environment

      Company has great Competitive pay and benefits

      Cons

      HORRIBLE culture and structure. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Management only cares for themselves and its public image. Colleagues are not very open and friendly to newcomers. Very discouraging workplace.
