Pros
Management is nice and fair. They give you plenty of opportunities to further your learning when there is not much work to do. Huge work from home culture. Not afraid to go into new areas in tech. Quiet working environment. Colleagues are professional and many of them have been with the company for 20+ years. Everyone is pretty intelligent and they work hard.
Cons
They offer below market value salary and the benefits aren't great. Office is very outdated and dull. For example, they don't even have a coffee machine or microwave and the decor seems to be from when they first started in 1994. There's not a lot of interaction between employees. Office culture is very dry and everyone just tends to be quiet the whole day if they come into the office at all. Not really up to date on current technologies.
