Unsupportive Management and Exclusionary Environment
Pros
Good pay and benefits. Some WFH
Cons
I had a disappointing experience working at this office due to a consistent lack of support and inclusion. I was assigned a complex task that required guidance, and despite requesting help multiple times, I was never provided with adequate assistance or clarification. This made it difficult to perform my role effectively and created unnecessary stress. In addition, the team culture felt exclusionary. I often felt left out rather than supported as part of a collaborative environment, which further impacted my ability to succeed in the role. Most concerning was that I was let go shortly after I mentioned that I was in the process of being tested for ADHD, which I did not have. I went to the point of getting tested only because of the lack of guidance, making me feel insufficient. While no explicit reason was given for letting me go, the timing felt unsettling and left me feeling unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this workplace struggled with communication, mentorship, and inclusivity. I would not recommend it to individuals who need clear guidance, teamwork, or a supportive environment-especially those who are open about neurodiversity or learning differences.
