- the employees are super nice
- casual office with music playing often
- gained a lot of great experience
- occasional perks like free tickets to signed artists shows
- very flexible schedule
Cons
- very little opportunity for advancement beyond an intern
- interaction with upper management is almost non-existent
- some of the other interns might not pull their weight
- obviously not getting paid sucks, although I can't judge it as a con too heavily since unfortunately that is the norm when it comes to interns. A travel stipend would be nice though.
