Health insurance is a joke. My deductible for 2 people is $3,000 individual and $6,000 for both of us. No matching 401. They do not have tuition reimbursement anymore. Administration is a joke and has no clue what employees do but they think they know everything and make asinine changes that actually make things harder. Certain managers will throw you under the bus . And the hr dept is the biggest joke I have ever witnessed. They won't answer phone calls. There are 3 of them yet they are too lazy to hold benefits meetings during annual enrollment period. They rarely respond to emails. They dump the recruiting to the department managers and do not do the background checks. The department managers get stuck making sure the RN licenses are being renewed, verifying car insurance, and CPR dates, interviewing, ect... they could save the hospital much needed money by getting rid of at least 2 hr people because they do very little!
