Pros
Lovely vibrant people in individual teams and the caretakers of the building. Everyone has respect for each other in most cases.
Cons
Micro management at its best. It's not what you know, it's 'who' you know unfortunately. One day someone employed a toxic person in a 'high' position and then that person employed his army to follow in managerial positions feeding their egos instead of nurturing their teams and acknowledging talent in the company. Incompetant is a nice word to say about most managers. Funny thing, managers take credit for their teams work, what do the team get? A great company is being destroyed by a bunch of clowns.
