      WCG should change their mission statement to "We will micromanage you until you quit"

      Pros

      On property teams. Really no other pros. WCG is quite possibly the worst company to work for in the US

      Cons

      Zero PTO first year, above property management are all very secretive, micro managing every single minute of every day, the revenue management team are all very green in current trends and strategies, the above property sales team thinks every one is required to work 55 hours a week, the above property revenue management people are the worst in the industry, and the hotels are tired

      Pros

      Great on-property leaders at one of the WCG properties, specifically in sales. It's a very difficult company to work and you will be challenged; however, if you suceed it'll be beneficial to your career and personal growth.

      Cons

      The overall culture is non-existent, essentially there is no culture with this company. No opportunities for advancement as the company hires external candidates
