      Pros

      Good product and dedicated employees.

      Cons

      Management is numbers oriented. Reducing staff and expecting higher numbers does not work if you are truly concerned with serving your customers well. Management decisions and direction cause losses in business and revenue but it is the front line and the customers who pay the price.
