Low pay, poor management

Pros

Great residents and co-workers. I loved seeing the residents every day.

Cons

The pay isn’t even close to competitive. All rates and raises are decided at the corporate level, without the building administration. I am a foster parent, and was let go a week after I got my first placement. It didn’t seem like a coincidence, especially because it was also just before I qualified for FMLA. Corporate HR wouldn’t return phone calls when I tried to voice my concerns. It was very unprofessional and ruined my image of the company as a whole.
