      nothing that any rational man could mention

      treated like nothing spoke to like a child shouted down when you off any form of opinion qualification's discounted nothing you ever do will be good enough if it isn't done then its your fault regardless of any facts you are told that being friends at work is bad for the company and heaven forbid us minions go out together in public we get accused of being in drinking culture and cliques at least one member of staff happy with his third hand Audi A6 spend enough on auto smart keeping it shiny lol like lord of the rings MY PRECIOUS

      the company advertises itself as national coverage local service. This is definately the feel for the engineering staff and the way that the customers feel about it.

      Cons

      Small minded, not forward looking or ambitious to live up to the nationwide coverage tag. To operate at this level you need to have cohesive business plan not just a scatter gun approach

      Pros

      Staff at branch level are what makes this place tick, the desire to make the company good at what it does comes from the bottom up.

      Cons

      Sadly, its the reverse from the top down within head office. They have a bully boy attitude, some call it old school most call it unacceptable. If you do decide to join, be sure to stand up for yourself from the offset and be prepared for ever changing policies and procedures. People come and go for the same reasons but nobody listens.
