Pros

Not a very stressful environment, everyone is willing to help you with any difficulties you are having. Managers are usually very understanding and do not make any ridiculous demands.

Cons

The company can be very bureaucratic at times. Some managers can be passive aggressive towards you when they are not happy, as opposed to being direct.

The autoplas plant in Bellevue is a great place to work and continues to get better.

Pros

The autoplas team does not dictate what needs to happen to improve. They involve everyone and promote team work to drive continuous improvement. A great company to work for. One of the few company's that actually understands people make a company great and they want to help their associates to become the best. The plant is dedicated to leadership development and are constantly researching programs and training for all. They promote and invest in educating the technical Work force. (Paulson, RJG, robotics, technical school and more) have one of the best onboard training programs and are always looking for ways to improve on the job training programs.

Cons

I honestly can't think of one thing to say would be a con. Only challenge is there are so many great ideas coming from the associates there isn't enough time in a day to implement all the new programs fast enough.
