Pros

Forward thinking MSO with solid foundational business model. Provides much needed services to persons with behavioral health symptoms in Southern California.

Cons

Reimbursement structure to both providers and staff is below industry due to high volume of managed care/ capitated contracts. Attracting licensed providers is a constant challenge.

Windstone provides managed care services with a significant percent of the business being Medicare. Medicare's reimbursement rate is significantly different than commercial and FFS products. Windstone must adhere to Medicare reimbursement requirements. We appreciate your recommendations and will discuss further with the management team for consideration.

Co- workers are great for the most part.

Cons

Everybody works their butts off but do not get the recognition they deserve. They has been tons of changes in the past few months from management to people being fired for not the best reasons. A lot of favoritism within the company. Everything is very private and there’s not much of an open door policy with management. They’ve lost tons of employees because they don’t know how to appreciate the good ones while they’re there. For the past few months everything has been a mess, SOME(not many) get promoted and alot of people get demoted without formal time notice - suddenly you come in and your position is now someone else’s while you’re left to do work you’re overqualified for.
