Pros
High volume. Fast paced. Teaches you how to direct your own section of the club that you are responsible for. So much volume, you can teach lessons until 9 every night.
Cons
Daunting to start there with so many professionals that are already used to the pace. The volume and hours can be long.

Pros
Feel at home. Managers treated everyone with respect. Flexible work schedules with available time off. Never had any negative feelings towards any of my co-workers.
Cons
Working with certain chemicals can become dangerous if not handled with care. Being outside for long periods of time can cause sunburn.
