Great coworkers that are like family
Cons
The owners are drunks who will boss you around and try to make you look stupid in front of their friends. They don’t care about the guests that visit. They only care about entertaining their personal friends. They demand immediate and perfect service even if it means sacrificing the other guests experience. They have no respect for their employees or the people who come to visit that aren’t their friends. They also will let their friends treat their staff bad too and take their side.

The job is not difficult. Over all, I worked a lot of jobs in the past and the pay is a little over min. wage when I was working. Still a lot better than working at a bigger hotel company (min. wage and dealing with more people), retail, or restaurants job. There is down time, occasionally.
Cons
The guests can be vibe/mood killers (customer service no surprise though), there are a lot of weddings and the guests have wealth so there are some entitlement attached to that. Scheduling is mess and a high turnover rate.
