      Use extreme caution if looking to work for this company

      - Depending on the position and connection with those in power, upper management positions can pay well. - Can be innovative at times

      Cons

      - Use caution if looking to work here. - Unsafe working environment. High OSHA injury rates. - "Good Ol' Boy/Girl" Club. - President despises the owner - Leadership see's employees at all level as disposable - Upper management members are not to be trusted

      One major disappointment

      Pros

      The only positive would be benefits, although not the greatest ones offered. The vacation is nice, as long as you are allowed to take it. Don't get sick, you are not allowed.

      Cons

      The leadership continues to decline even after "restructuring". Most management depends on ass kissers who tell them what is going on in manufacturing due to the fact that the management has no idea how to do the manufacturing process. It's a sad thing to have to tell your boss or bosses what needs to be done in your area instead of having leadership. Very frustrating, I'm sure that wonderful man who started this company is rolling over in his grave. Also it amazes me that the people getting promoted have criminal records.

      It is a job and pays some of the bills.

      Cons

      If you want a place that is just a paycheck, work at Winegard IF you do not ever want a raise, work at Winegard. IF you want mandatory overtime, work at Winegard. IF you never want to advance and dont want your voice heard, work at Winegard.
