Pros

Management walks the walk and they have your back when things do not go as planned. If you work the very simple formula of having tastings, booking from your tastings- you will have a successful well-oiled machine. The more tastings the more you make- simple. If you build a team then you have the over rides of their production as well.

Cons

The retail delivery schedules can be confining and the laws differ from state to state.
