No recognition nor gratitude. Your merit is measured by how much you butter the management. Parties and groups, I felt working in a gang environment. The worst pressure that I had was to see my extra effort and creative contribution being totally humiliated by the arrogant egoism in the company No support, you will find yourself cornered and smothered, expect accusations and most probably a warning letter that is obviously plotted as part of the bullying strategy they follow They encourage gossiping by asking employees to tell the HR about side talks with colleagues Imagine you receive a warning letter, then as an act of defamation your HR spreads the news, what a shame! Bullying is another thing that they do Unqualified management The product is a disaster from a technical perspective I strongly discourage anybody from working there, I wish I hadn’t worked for them
