Depends which manager you are under.

Cons

Top management pretty incompetent and helicoptered in from head office. Usually corrupt resulting in constant change due to frequent replacement/censure, leading to constant change in direction and inconsistent policies. Poor mix of East and West in company direction and operations. Personnel policy messy.
