      Pros

      Generally, tourists are very nice to you. Workload is not too much. Management isn't too bad. Staff is friendly towards you. Store can get quite at times during weekdays which can give you a break at times.

      Cons

      You will have to deal with rude mainlaind Chinese customers who demand a lot of service and bargains. Sometimes they get angry if you don't follow what they say. You will have to speak 3 languages if you want to get in the workforce easily

      the Owner of the company calls sometimes up to 5 times in one day to micro manager and move people around the store. Threw away office chair and fired a girl who sat down for 3 minutes in the office chair that I did all my computer work on. All this happened while I was in the bathroom trying to get shift coverage because we are not supposed to be on the phone at all. Unless we are talking to corporate , or the owner. There is no break room, no eating, and no talking to our other employees . We have to leave the store on all our breaks. The place is run like a prison .

      Cons

      No paid vacation , no medical benefits , Every one is required to work 6 days a week, Everyone is paid the same, minimum wage, this includes the management . And the only perk as a manager there, you are required to work 60 hours a week, so as a manager, I got 20 hours a week over time. Most of my days were 12 hour shifts. It's a prison
