      Relaxed atmosphere but pay is HORRIBLE.

      Relaxed atmosphere, free soda and chips

      Cons

      The money isn't there. The owner refuses to pay his top employees. He says he pays a base, but don't be fooled. You have to earn your base salary by selling websites. Only after you have sold 10 websites, do you have a chance at a bonus.

      Pros

      Company culture, accessible management, good product and people who actually care in customer service. If you are good at telesales right out of the gate, this is a place where you can make some serious cash. And it really is a great product, with a great team. The sales coaching is top notch, and people actually care to make you a better salesperson.

      Cons

      If you don't hit your sales numbers VERY quickly, they will let you go. I was there for 53 working days. The company culture might fool you into thinking that effort, team playing, and attitude will be rewarded. It will not. Hit the numbers in the first two months, or bring a box to work with you.
