      An amazing place to work and home your skills. Very supportive management. Claris acquisition added to all of this though there was an initial flux. It was the best learning experience I ever had

      Nothing comes to mind. They always improve on things and are very self aware

      Pros

      Good Work life balance. You are acknowledged even for little contributions. They treat freshers and senior folks the same, with same respect. Pay-scales are good , don't know if it's the best in the industry but still pretty good + nice benefits :) and Good bottomline pay scales. Talented bunch of founding team and Down to earth CTO is biggest benefit to working in Eng team

      More collaboration with Execs and rest of the team Maybe hiring bar can go a little higher while still remaining inclusive
