      Pros

      Flexible hours/ability to occasionally work from home. They genuinely care about their employees and work around family schedules. Management provides fair reviews, feedback, and compensation. It's a small company and everyone enjoys working with one another. They often have office events such as their annual cornhole tournament.

      Cons

      Acquired by IQVIA since I left so I'm not sure how that affected benefits/company culture.

      Pros

      Wingspan was a healthy family. We weren't perfect, but we did our best, and I have never seen a better small company. We worked together and we got the job done. We challenged and supported one other at the same time, the way people can when their respect is authentic. Our clients were happy and they liked working with us. It was an honor to serve and a privilege to be a part of that team.

      nostalgia, you can't go back home, everything flows

      Pros

      Flexible Hours, Relaxed Environment. The people are generally good to work with. Great location too, right near major highway (turnpike).

      Cons

      Software Engineering rules the roost. Any other role will find it difficult to exert any kind of positive influence beyond doing what your are told.
