You can work independently and cross functionally. Employees and Management are all very nice and will try to help if you speak up first. Window of opportunity to grow for the company and for employees, but It's what you make of it. Not to many company outings, other than team lunches and most leave on time other than monthly closing times. Excellent health insurance benefits.
Cons
90% of the micromanagement comes from the Korea HQ. Lots of time wasted due to unusual high requests from Korea HQ all the time. Most of the complaints are due to this and also not enough production flow from Mexico factory.
