      Trainers and colleagues are very kind and helpful.HR departmentare friendly in nature and takes care about you in every situation.

      Cons

      Nothing so far...All is fine.But interview process is too long.If anyone wants to join immediately you are not able not join because interview process takes long either it will take 1 month or 2 weeks or 2 or 3 months.

      Healthy work-life balance - Compared to my previous job at an MNC in Bangalore, I felt great relief at Winman due to the excellent work-life balance the company offers. All of the work-related processes are streamlined and there is no pressure for speedy completion of work and no late-night calls/meetings. Friendly & supportive colleagues - 10+ years experienced programmer listens & accepts to ideas from new college graduates and thoroughly guides them in solving challenging problems. Frequent Salary hikes. My salary was hiked two times within a year of joining, which I think is rare among software companies. The new office building has a good ambiance and recreational facilities like a gym etc.

      Cons

      Little far from the center of the city. Approx 5KM from PVS Junction. Not many restaurants for lunch near the new office building.
