Pros
- Positive, collaborative team culture - Encouraged to experiment and innovate - Opportunities for professional development - Team leads - collaborate cross-departmentally and genuinely care about their employees - Opportunity to work with some pretty cool clients (sports teams, media companies) - Transparency into the business and company performance
Cons
Can't think of much! If I had to say something, can be meeting-heavy, but especially for remote work (which we've all been for the past year) it's a must to keep teams engaged.
