      The owner and management are very liberal with daily duties and tasks as long as your work gets done

      There is a core of competent personnel with many years of experience in the Printed Circuit Manufacturing industry who can deliver a qualty product while meeting delivery requirements.

      Cons

      With the Printed Circuit Industry in a slump, the workforce is kept a a minimum. The company has not awarded bonuses for professional employees for several years.
