Pros

For valet it was a good parking situation with good traffic and short distances

Cons

Hourly is like a sever so you mainly work for tips. A lot of turnover inside so you have to get used to different people a lot. The owner is scatter-brained and doesn’t follow through on things he says he’ll take care off and he doesn’t act like he cares for his employees (probably part of reason for the turnover). I am a hard worker and implemented policies to protect their interests, worked there for almost 5 years yet the owner fired me over nothing while drunk and on pain meds when I was doing the same thing I have always done that has never been an issue. They just don’t seem to appreciate a good, loyal employee.

Pros

You will be trained for the position you have been placed in, despite your experience, and become adjusted to the working environment relatively soon. If you have any questions, then ask any veteran employee or the kitchen staff.

Cons

The Scheduling at Winslow's Wine Cafe will usually not meet your requests nor demands for a day off. To include, the lack of inventory is resolved by the head chef, but only if the chef is currently present. Or the owner of Winslow's Wine Cafe, in two through four weeks or never. Also, too many employees resign on short notice leaving Winslow's Wine Cafe understaffed.
