Pros

A lot of great people work at Winspire.

Cons

Poor leadership..pretend that they want what’s best for nonprofits but at the end of the day all they care about is how much money they are making. Raise goals to unrealistic numbers so they don’t have to pay out higher commissions. Management talks a lot about culture but doesn’t realize it starts with them. They don’t listen to what nonprofits want and are stuck in their ways.

Winspire has proven it's commitment to it's employees and the nonprofits we serve as it navigated Covid.

Smaller company so some of the usual issues with a smaller staff.
