      Certain managers that's it

      There is only a few good managers the others are nice one minute then ride the next. The drama is out of control, I understand there is drama everywhere but at the hotel it is way out of control and management won't get do anything or they are involved in it.

      The pay is great and guaranteed hours

      Cons

      This was the worst place I ever worked. Upper management works against the staff instead together. They sleep with staff and give them pay raises. When you leave they will tarnish your name even when you left on great standing. They year and talk to their staff so terribly. I was there 2 years and was miserable.

      Nothing positive to say - if it wasn't for the brand influence I would have left much earlier.

      Cons

      This company is the worst company to work for, they don't even use the brand culture and think they are above the rest of everyone. All about the revenue and they could care less about their people.
