Low pay for hours and responsibility. Overtime expected, with no compensation. Company is growing but procedures aren’t updated. Little to no training. Management doesn’t care about your mental well being. Micromanaging is real. Can’t disconnect from job, on call 24/7 in preseason, contracted season and post season. They’ll tell you that you get summers off and bonuses but it’s not really true. Bonuses are unattainable with criteria that is not clear.
