Open environment within the trading team, exposure to whole trading system. Compensation is very good for crypto. Regulatory tailwinds and interestingly positioned for the future growth of crypto. Fast moving in some ways.

Cons

There are some toxic individuals high up in the company who unfortunately are too senior to be removed. CTO can be a nightmare to deal with and frequently feels like a blocker to progress, when other trading firms are evolving their tech stack a lot faster. Beliefs of the CEO and COO feel morally dubious at times. Company could do with some restructuring of teams and management now that it’s larger to avoid falling behind in the quant trading side of the business (which is its core revenue generator)
