      Toxic workplace. Sexist Male Managers.

      Paycheck, flexible with personal time.

      Cons

      Cliques are allowed to bully other employees. Male Managers say sexist things in response to concerns or just completely ignore you. No leadership. Poor communication. No HR department. No room for growth.
