Pros

Staff is amazing, very family driven, seems like a team within your department. Students are fun and seem to be interested in developing.

Cons

Administration is awful. There is no leadership currently. Board of Trustees is too involved with day to day decisions. Current President insulates himself from risk by not making any decisions and sending everything to some committee or outside consultant. Pay is horrendous. Do not take care of their own staff. Not a place to have a career. All executive administration is too concerned with patting each other on the back instead of improving their departments or sxhool. Lack support.
