Wipro is very good in all the aspects which a it company should provide to a employee.

Cons

I think the Management in wipro is not satisfactory. People are on bench for more than 6 months. And the peoples who are in bench include the training batch toppers and good coders.

On time salary, brand name you can use in the future.

Cons

Heavily dominated by top management only, noone encourages innovative ideas or noone supports talent, ideal company for experienced people only. No incentive structure at all, believe in policy of eliminating employee rather than resolving issues. The company needs an urgent check in the top management and need people with an open mindset .
