      Pros

      Terrific culture full of helpful and energetic employees. Fun monthly company events. Your opinions and recommendations are always heard and valued. Can always seek more work that will be challenging and important.

      Cons

      Very few downsides. Only things I noticed was sometimes employees are not provided with all necessary information.

      Pros

      Free Pops. Free snacks. Owner is an awesome guy. Fun company events.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Management has no clue on what they are doing. Family owned business meaning the management are untouchable; even when fail. Turn over of staffs over 25% a year. Management has anger-management issues. Yelling and screaming is daily routine.

      Great team spirit. Awesome management. Quality clients on board. The internal processes are easy to grasp and most accounts are being managed through user-friendly software to organize projects in a fun, flexible and rewarding way. Always a step ahead #emailgeeks
