Wired Relations gives a lot of flexibility to it's employees to find the best suited way to preform ones tasks and at the same time makes the employees accountable for those choices.
Cons
Wired Relations isn't geared for a remote work culture in the commercial departments.
As a fast-growing SaaS company Wired Relations is an exciting workplace where you get a lot of opportunities for professional development and to accelerate your career. I had a great experience working at the company and learned a lot during that time. As a startup the procedures are not always clear, but that gives you an opportunity to air your ideas, and the management encourages you to bring your ideas to the table and supports you in trying them out. From that kind of open work culture, you learn a lot, and I appreciate the trust I was shown during my time there. Wired has a great workplace culture where you are met with professionalism and team spirit, and they support remote and hybrid working which also gives you more freedom and is family friendly. I would without a doubt recommend Wired Relations as a workplace.
Cons
As it gives you a lot of opportunities that the procedures are not always melted in stone it can sometimes also be a bit stressful.
