      Perfect start for young and unexperienced

      Pros

      Cool and young team, nice projects and well known clients. Working on cool products and with new technologies in laid back atmosphere. Flexible work time and downtown office near everything you could need.

      Cons

      A bit lower salaries, unexperienced PM stuff, bad decision making, not taking care of employees and don't take any measures to keep them from going away. Career planning doesn't exist here so If you want to learn extra things, you're on your own.
