Pros

Very knowledgeable staff with a love of Wisconsin History.

Cons

Staff are held back from being creative and larger teams decide exhibits and programming instead of the staff with the most subject matter knowledge. Management turns a blind eye to the high turn-over. High salaries at the executive level and ego-centric culture.
