      Horrid Middle Management

      Fulfulling work serving people in need of representation

      Cons

      Incompetant micro-managing middle management. All staff is expected to work near holidays but middle managers take off every holiday for hurt fingers and banged up elbows. We had to fill out hourly task sheets showing what we were working on. A manager yelled at me at my desk, and when I reported to HR, they instead had me investigated.

      Cons

      Totally inept leadership. It has taken a turn from bad to worse. Training used to be a pro, but it has also declined recently. No room for advancement.
