Pros
The money is above average for the area. If you don't want to work hard and want to spend a lot of time on your phone, there is plenty of opportunity. They will also be willing to train you in a job if you don't have any experience, but are enthusiastic about it.
Cons
The competence level of most of the workforce is low, and there are mistakes being made constantly which cause problems for everyone else. Very poor mid-level management. Benefits are very expensive.
