Pros

Some wonderful coworkers who live and breathe the mission behind the work.

Cons

Company-wide culture leaves a LOT to be desired. Significant lack of appropriate onboarding and training, and advancement opportunities are reserved for a special clique within the organization.

Pros

The mission of the organization is good.

Cons

They treat their help as disposable. Expected to work beyond 40 hours a week. Employees are in a constant frantic state with everything "needing to be done yesterday".

Pros

Great mission, some very kind colleagues

Cons

I had no work life balance, wasn’t paid great for how much they had me working. I was expected to do so much more than initially stated.
