Pros
Open door policy. The founder is approachable and plays a facilitator's role. It's okay to disagree with him, that's appreciated. You can speak your mind here. The team is small but well-knit.
Cons
They have potential, but they work at their own pace. The products they have can be sold better. They must soup-up their sales and marketing efforts. Too much focus on Creativity.
