Pros
Leisure work, good benefit. The team have each other back. The company offers overtimes pay.
Cons
The basic pay is not as high as you might expect, but still good.

Work only 5 days a week (rare these days) Great pay in relation to the workload Fair OT, Incentive system Everyone is equal
Cons
Not really as routine or strict as a large corporation, but I like it this way. I don't see any cons at all yet.
