The team is quite focused on knowledge growth and allow some flexibility in work in genuine situations. I have had very supportive managers even in personal emergencies. They give enough space for us to learn at our pace and do not force sales although there are great incentives on qualifying targets. I have been encouraged often to take up different certifications and courses which helped me grow as a professional. They also plan nice parties and celebrations. Had my 1st international trip because of Wise Finserv. The RnR celebrations are also good.

Whether it is a new MT , Manager, Chief Manager, VP - all get the same message, the company believes that if company has to grow multifold then nothing scores over investing in its human capital and technology. Lots of regular training sessions to scale up the knowledge and skills which boost the confidence of employees to better & better .
