People, friendships, clean. That's really about it.

Inconsistencies with products, delivery schedules, employee fairness and loyalty, 3 ceo's in one year, massive unrest and disillusionment for employees.

Pros
If you need a job and don't mind spending all of your time having to tell management how great they then this is the place.
Cons
The management team takes care of themselves first, they like to keep compensation to themselves and not to the employees of the manufacturing group, Cottonwood Manufacturing. No raises planned for this year or next.
