Fixed salary payout without delays.
Cons
Tech leads have very poor technical knowledge and weak decision-making. Career growth is very limited. Salaries are extremely low: ₹15,000 for interns, ₹35,000 for ASEs, ₹50,000 for SEs, and ₹75000 SSEs. No proper mentorship or technical improvement. Very basic work culture.
