It is a positive atmosphere and encouragement to get to know the Drivers by name. Many of the Drivers and office staff have been with the company for 10, 20 plus years. I enjoyed the small company environment. Like most companies it is up to you to approach the Owners of the company.
Cons
Salary did not increase since I started and I have been with the company for almost 4 years. I had one performance review which was after 3-6 months. Company is selling their assets and will no longer be in business July 15, 2022.
