Paid for my phone bills. Full of talented people.

Cons

Senior management are very talented at their respective fields but they have no idea how to manage people and they are all personal friends outside work with similar backgrounds so a monoculture infested with groupthink is very prevalent. In the long time I was there, none of their hires advanced career-wise, instead friends with more experience were hired. CEO is very unprofessional in his interactions.
